Reporting Students Absence
If your child will be absent, PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL before 8:55 a.m. The school phone has an answering machine to record messages before 8:30 a.m. and after 4:00 p.m. Unexplained absences will be followed up by our Administrative Assistant. To assist us in our efforts to protect your child, please ensure that we have your correct phone number for home and work, as well as other emergency contact numbers.

Creating an account
- On the sign-in page, choose Create account.
- Enter your first name, last name, email and a password (twice, so we know it’s what you meant).
- Check your inbox and follow the link to confirm your email.
Or press Continue with Google, Microsoft or Apple to use one of those accounts instead — it’s quicker, and there’s no extra password to remember.
After you sign in
The first time, we’ll ask a couple of quick questions — which emails you’d like from your school, and which school your children go to. Then you land on your Dashboard: a greeting across the top with the green Place an order button beside it, a round face for each of your children under it — tap one to go straight to that child’s order — then anything that needs your attention, and your calendar filling the rest of the card.
